Teleprompter Advice Needed

I am looking for a teleprompter, but don’t really know much about them. It is for a Union Group who wants to make videos. They need one fairly inexpensive but not cheap (if you know what I mean). Do you have any have suggestions? I don’t know if there is a group log anywhere that I can ask the goup. I am fairly new to using MySpace. I have not had time to really look at it yet.
