Can anyone instruct me on how to do the telephone voice effects in Premiere pro or soundbooth?
Eg.. Twopeople are chating on the phone. I want viewres to hear that small voice of the caller or….

I would use Audacity, free audio recording and editing application. Lots of effects and all for free 😉

Have you ever heard of the cup method? Have the subject hold a cup over their mouth when they are recording in their voice over
telephone signals don’t carry a lot of bass frequencies, so start out withan equalizer and dropping the bass frequencies and go from there.
