Sound Cards High End

I am shopping for a high end sound card for a new AV editing workstation. Specs: XP Pro OS, will probably have Dell put the system together.
Using new Adobe Video production suite, JVC HD100 camera, Finale notation/orchestration software.
Goal: music video production
Looking for MIDI in-out, analog IO (XLR & RCA), as well as digital IO, and high end orchestration software compatibility.
