Sony HDDR-SR& 60 GB hard drive

I buy in Auction and I have sony H8 mm before was great but hard to transfer to CD or DVD need graphic card,,,now this camcorder is amazing, but some times take dark picture indoor? I add Sony wide conversion lens onx0.5 vcl- 0537 I stop on local second shop and I saw this I pay $5 for and fit on Sony are this is a right lens ? or because some times picture indoor is dark or out dor because of this lens I can take picture or record far as my 20 zoom with this and I loved any ideas please

also I am going to work on decomentary about wild life I have 5 battery now , which format is best for recording auto or…?
