Is there a software that can be used to remove vocals from a music track?
I have been asked this many times before. Simple answer NO. Thats like removing salt from water.
You can use eq or filters to cut the vocals, but straight extracts are impossible.
What are you trying to do?
I think very difficult to cut the vocals 100%. But I tried with FlexiMusic Wave Editor to remove the vocals from the song(Not sure 100%).

I don’t know of special software, but Avid Liquid 7.0 has a nifty sound feature called "karoke" which greatly reduces (but doesn’t eliminate) vocal tracks and leaves the instumental intact.
