Inactiveso, im new, and I’ve read many posts on rotoscoping and special effects and found the topics unclear.
So, what is the best program for rotoscoping/drawing (like starwars sabers) ?
sorry for the mis-convienince but if you could help me out, that’d be nice.
Thanks!

InactiveYes after effects is the best out there, but it is a little steep on the learning curve so you need to get a few books
