Response to “Clean Machine” article in June issue

The “Clean Machine” article left out an important step for cleaning up a Windows machine: The “MSCONFIG” utility allows the user to select/deselect programs that load on bootup. Some versions of Windows do not come with the utility, but you can download and install it anyway. Do a search for “MSCONFIG” in Google.com to find plentiful guidence on the use of this essential utility.
