Problem with export

Hi everyone! I have some difficulties with the project I got from the performer. The idea of the proj. was to create an animation of text, but when I’ve opened it I found just a bucket of compositions (no transitions, no effects). I don’t know what to do with it, how to export it to video. Please give me a tip to export the video if it’s possible, or tell me if it can’t be done… Thanks!
