I am mailing from India. I want to buy a camcorder… Please suggest me which is best Camcorder in the market that is available @ 30, 000 rupees or 600 $

Well, we kind of need more info on what you are planning on doing with it. There are a lot of different cameras out there that can record on a lot of different kinds of media.

Without sounding too cynical however, at that price they are all about the same.
