ParticipantHow do you add music from CD or from PC . I’ve been capturing video in Pinnacle and importing it to Vegas and adding music there

ParticipantWhen adding music from a cd in Pinnacle, go to the drop down bar “ToolBox” and click Add CD Music. Once the cd is in it will come up with a thing asking for the tittle of the cd. Once you’ve done that xclick “Add to Movie” and when you push play it will start capturing the song. Hope that helps.

ParticipantAnother way is to record the music to your PC using Audacity (downloadable for free) or a similar music capture program. You do that by connecting your CD player to the PC thru your sound card’s line input. Then you can store the audio clips on your hard drive and drop them on your video’s timeline in Pinnacle.
One advantage of this method is that you can edit the music for length, etc., before you add it to your video.

ParticipantYou can add pictures from your PC.
Open your project and go into edit mode. Click on the camera symbol and browse for the folder your pictures are in. Drag and drop the picture onto your video timeline (or the storyboard, if you’re doing it that way). Then you can adjust the parameters of the image (length, etc.)
