PE 8 using other effects

I use pe8 but haven’t tried any plugins or stand alones for sound or effects has anyone done this, looking for titling?

I use ProDad HeroGlyph, others use Bluff Titler.

There are lots of discussions on plug ins for premiere elements at muvipix.com
