Can anyone advise the best workflow to get the best output possible in PP5? I’ve been shooting in 1080p at 25fps. I rendered a 75 minute project as .h264 at 1080p and thought that the final product was a bit jerky and somehow looked overexposed on my Samsung LED. I changed settings twice (720p, mpeg4) but I’m really confused at the files that were produced and the fact VLC can’t read them. At various times there seem to be separated audio and visual files ( I tried .h264 bluray so I’m sort of comprehending that will need to be authored). All I really want to know is a good method of inputting my Nex files and turning out a file that I can play from a hdd and/or author as a bluray or DVD disc. We’re PAL in OZ by the way. If you can help that’d be great.
I might reply to my own post here. All I needed to do was check the box to match source material specs. All straightforward.
