Need input for article

Hey folks, I’m doing some extensive research in preparation for an article on video business use of social networking sites for marketing company, services and products. I’ve prepared a Baker’s Dozen of questions in PDF form and if you’ll e-mail me a request (provided, of course, you’re interested in participating) I’ll send a reply with the questionnaire attached.

I will assume by your participation that I have your clearance for using your name, comments and information in the article, or article series. I intend to spec the article or series out for publication in related magazines and/or my video business and marketing blog as well as other related blogsites.
