Need help with identifying the name of music commonly used in wed video

Hi,

I’m currently preparing a wedding video for my brother’s wedding we really like one music used in a sample wedding video in the site below:

You need to click on the first thumbnail underneath the ACPWC black Logo. Its the first piece of music after the words” Love is patient, Love is kind & Love never ends.

But we don’t know the name or the artist performing the music so I cannot even buy the music at this stage, I’m really struggling it would be greatly appreciated if anyone can help.
