need help with hardware/software

I want to offer my clients high definition video files.

I need help with hardware/software. mac or pc? and the least amount of software needed..NO EDITING, I just need to send viewable files, possibly quicktime?

I am shooting with a sony ex1R

I will use “yousendit” to send files, are other options available?
