Need handheld cam with audio inputs

Need some advice here, if you can.

I want to equip some of my staff, who write for a website, with handheld video cameras. The video will go on a website, not on broadcast. Here are the requirements:

• Recording to hard drive or flash card, for fast access to video after the shoot
• Simple controls, for non-techie writers
• Ideally in the handheld style, like the Panasonic SDR-S100 ion the high end and the Flip on the low end
• Should accept tripod mount, though not a necessity
• Line in input for a good mic
• Lowest possible price for decent quality.

What are your best suggestions?
