      I have purchased my computer. Now I need a monitor (17 inch). I am starting my research and have read articles on Tom’s Hardware and other sites. It is very confusing. Looking for simple advice.

      1. What brand to buy?
      2. What brand to avoid?
      3. Any “must have” specs for Dv editing?

      I have seen Acer and BenQ 19 inch monitors for really decent money at newegg and tigerdirect. Any brands to avoid? or would either of these be fine? Thanks!
