MiniDV tape

Wondering if there is an ideal miniDV tape for optimal recording. Do ‘professional’ or ‘master’ quality tapes make a big difference? I am going to be purchasing quite a lot of tapes for a project and want the best quality. I can’t really deal with many malfunctions in performance as some footage will be spontaneous and I will not be able to re-capture it. It would be nice to have longer running time as well. I do reitterate, ideal.
