‘Live’ Chroma Key Effect???

Hello all! I’ve been producing training videos for our police department. Most of it is lecture in front of a chroma keyed power point slide. The way I produce the videos now is to edit the slide into the chroma background during post production.

I’d like to chroma key the powerpoint slides in real time/’LIVE’ as I record the segment. Sort of like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dxR_lovtSFo

Is there a consumer grade (aka:CHEAP) program that will allow me to do this?

Have you considered using a rear projection screen and recording it that way?  An inexpensive projector and screen would probably run less than $500.00.
