I am working on a video tour of my favorite theme park. My question is how can I avoid getting into legal issues with the management? What disclaimers do I need to put in the video in order to do a sort of “Unofficial Guide”?
Here’s what I would do. Finish the video and then offer to sell it to the theme park. You never know, If it’s well done, they may love it. If you know a good lawyer, ask him to check what is legal. I believe that you can tape anything you want (including copyrighted signs and logos) as long as you dont sell the video. (Except to the park itself)
