Hi to everybody in the last days I’m thinking about a purchase of a iMac

The doubt that I’ve is between a iMac and MacPro.

The question is: if I want to have good results is absolutely necessary to have a MacPro or the actual iMac has reached now good levels about editing video?

And in this case what type of iMac do you advise me?

      thank you very much

      greetings

It depends what you’re doing. If you’re doing just strait video editing, I think an iMac would be fine. But if you want to get into doing some intense motion graphics and do it often, I don’t think it would be powerful enough. I would just get the best iMac for the strait video editing. You could probably fix sound issues with it too. Just be sure to have an external hard drive to save all your media to and work off of.
