We are a british based company trying to get our name out there. Would love your thoughts on our latest video work, this is a very new sector for us, and we would really appreciate some professional feedback. Utilising green screen, video, and 3D modelling. Thank you very much!

Is your company a video production company or do you make the iPod dock shown?

In my opinion, you may want to have a professional production studio (or at least a professional video producer) create a video to hype your product. The overall concept was fine but the execution (IMHO) was a bit sloppy and difficult to watch.

Hi birdcat, thanks for getting back to us! Much appreciate taking the time to give us feedback.

We make the ipod dock shown. Trying to find new exciting ways with online video of highlighting our product USPs in a friendly way, stripping away all the corporate face while maintaining core brand integrity. Currently in exploration phase. This video in particularhas a very specific target audience demographic.

Other areas we are pursuing are Interactive Video http://www.kitsound.co.uk/boomclock/

And also pure 3D showcasing on http://www.youtube.com/kitmotion

      KIT –

I purchased two iPod dock/clocks for the kids this xmas so I know how how helpful they can be.

The video’s are cute but I found them difficult to watch and understand (“glub glub???”).

Specifically the video of Santa leaving the gift was very dark and difficult to see as well as some of the “special effects” gave me a headache. The music, while fast paced, could have been better and some voiceover (not “glub glub”) and/or on screen text would have made it significantly more understandable (maybe touting some of the features for example).

You seem to make a good product, and manufacturing is what you know and do best – Please consider a video professional to help bring your product to market – My opinion is it will be money well invested.
