I was wondering if anyone knew how to or what software I could use to add a bug graphic overlay to online video. I am currently working with a online video company that specializes in High School sports and we want to start to add a bug on all our videos. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Do you want an animated or a still graphic?
Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, After Effects, Even Flash can all produce graphics (some still and some animated) that can be imported into an editing program and then overlayed on your video source. The format you export from will depend on the file types that your editing application will accept. The standard at the moment is .tiff for still images (.psd if going from one adobe program to another) and either an image sequence or .mov or avi with alpha channels.
