Free DVD Ripper Not Tutorial

Looking for some free ware, saw someone recommended so download to try.

Format Factory: It does a good job, but a bit heavy on the CPU.

DVD Shrink: The chapters are backwards on the burnt DVD. End of the movie is the beginning of the DVD.

WinX DVD Ripper: works fast and features an intuitive user interface, but which parameter is suitable? Do t know.

I know its me, so what did I screw up ?
