      Using ArcsoftShowBiz program now hangs up and locks computer every time I run it, sometimes after 30 miniutes, other times in two minutes. Brought memory to 1040 but still happens. Any ideas?

      I would also suggest you check your computer guts for excess dust/debris build up as that can insulate more heat in your case, causing issues with program operations. pay extra attention to the fan on the cpu, making sure that the heat sink is clean.
