Just wondering what type/brand DVD’s (gold/silver…) you guys prefer when burning DVD’s for your clients. I have read a lot about gold DVD’s being the preferred choice for long-term storage. Has anyone had a bad experience using the less pricey silver back DVD’s?
I don’t have any specific DVD brand/types I use other than NOT cheap. Generally, I end up spending somewhere between .35 – .40 per DVD; either gold or the puple backing. I also make it a rule to only buy the DVD R-‘s. Have had zero problems if I follow these two rules of mine. : )
