I’m planning on buying this very basic white macbook from a private owner and I’m not sure if it has what I need: a dvd burner.
click on the little apple icon in the top left corner of the screen.
click “About This Mac”
Click “More Info…”
Click “Hardware” then “Disc Burning”
it’ll tell ya if it burns dvds…
plus..I buy and use external dvd burners due to the cost/trouble replacing internal burners…
Ok, found where you’re talking about on another mac laptop that we’ve had for a long time. We know it doesn’t burn dvds, but it doesn’t really say outright that it doesn’t burn them. What should it say if it does or not?
Like I see “CD-Write” “Burn Support” and “Media”
Would “burns dvd’s” (excuse the terminology) not show up on the list if it doesn’t have it
I’m just not sure what i’m looking for
