I have video excerpts (about 1-2 minutes each) from a FCP project that I want to put in macromedia flash, so as to play on a website without a very slow load. Now on the site, the videos are in complete DVD formats (DAT format), which the site host can’t use for coding. As they are now on the site, each video takes 2-4 minutes to load which is a no-no!! The host said the videos have to be .mov to play in macromedia flash.
What is the best way for me to convert my video files to .mov for macromedia flash with the equipment I have, or can it even be done?? The videos were edited on FCP HD with G5 dual processor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
