Capture A Still with CS4? Is it possible

Hello everyone,

i was just wondering if premiere pro cs4 can take pictures off the
video?? the source monitor? i was looking to get some stills was
wondering if it is possible to do this? and if so how is the quality of
the picture? can it be blown up to poster size? how would you do this? Thanks

In CS3 you put your CTI on the frame you want then go to File>Export>Frame. I imagine it’s pretty close to that in CS4. Resolution is, of course, the same as the project files. I don’t think you’ll find them adequate for enlargement on paper (as your previous post indicated). Check your help screen or instruction book under the heading EXPORT.
