Hi,
I had occasion to take a few stills using the HF 200 camcorder and noticed that the LCD viewfinder did NOT show the entire frame. That is, the final photo had content outside what was shown on the LCD frame.
This seems bizarre to me. Has anyone seen this? What’s the point of an LCD that doesn’t show the entire frame 100%, it’s not a DLSR viewfinder where you’re trying to save money on the pentaprism design.
Now I’m wondering if the LCD accurately shows the scene when filming.
