I am creating a video for work. I want to blur some of the faces on the video. Is there any editing software will do this rather easily?

Yes, there are many. Most are add-ons to higher-end NLE software. $100 will buy you Magix Movie Edit Pro 2004 which can do this and a heck of a lot more. (See other posts.) You can localize an area of the vid to do a special effect which in this case is a blur. However, this effect will require a lot of time if your subject is moving across the video frame. If subject is static, then it’s fairly easy although you may need some help the first time from the forum.
