battery problem

I used sony NP-F960 infolithium battery. It’s brand new I used it for couple of weekends. But when I try to charge it now it’s say on the charger that battery fully charged but when put on the camcorder the battery has no power. any clue guys.

thanks, well the small battery that comes with the camera work perfect I used three small battery yesterday in a wedding. And charge them on the same charger I charge the big one. when I charge big one it says the battery is full charge but when put it on the camera after few seconds battery power sign show up and there is no power. I try to clean but same problem. any hints
