I can’t remember after taking a week long Training Class on FCP if AVCHD format is a good format and if it is good to use with FCP? Is it a good Format for a FCP Workflow? Thank you ahead time for your answers!

Yea, AVCHD is fine. In actuality, when you import your AVCHD footage Final Cut converts it to either AppleProRes or the Apple Intermediate Codec. But thats nothing you need to worry or think about.

      Good luck
