Another capture problem, sorta

I captured some video in FCP, about 20 mins worth. After it was finished, the clip that was captured says that it’s only 1 frame long. If I look at the clip in the Finder, it says that it’s 20 minutes long, and like 4.5GB. I can play it in quicktime just fine, but if I try to re-import it, it still says that it’s only one frame long. Has anyone come across this before?

I hate to say this, but when I used Premiere Pro on my PC, I never had these types of problems. Sure, it would crash once in a while if I was exporting something, but I never had problems trying to capture anything.
