After Effects Flying Bird

Hey all,

I working on a film and I have all of the adobe cs5 suite at my disposal but I’ve run into a challenging scene. The shot I want is as follows:

Two people riding on a giant bird.(<—third person) They fly up into a cloud where their vision is limited to just a few feet. (<—first person) They burst out of the clouds and into a sort of wonderland in the clouds. Camera is shooting from the left side, the bird banks to the right and soars further away.(<—third person) Closer up scene with the bird not flapping, just soaring. The two people are main focus of the shot. Then the camera stops causing them to fly straight past and the camera pans to follow them as they fly away into the distance.
