i shot some concert footage on a cellphone and would like to make it as clear as i can. any advice? maybe even a tutorial i can follow

I played with this for a bit and cleaned it up the best I could. I am still a novice at this. I also tweeked the audio a bit. It is on Rapid Share at http://www.4shared.com/folder/ALN1URK1/_online.html
I wouldn't expect magic, as your cellphone camera was starved for light. You can adjust the gamma, and watch how the blacks get grey and the greys get whiter…but the noise will also increase quite a bit. At least you didn't shoot it vertically.
