I need help using Final Cut Pro (and maybe DVD Studio Pro). I searched the manual (although not very hard) on how to do this but couldn’t find the solution.

I have an edited quicktime file that’s in 16:9 widescreen ratio. When I transfer the file to DVD using DVD Studio pro, it gets compressed from the sides and the subjects look thinner than they’re supposed to.

I figure I need to add the top-bottom widescreen bars so that it plays correctly on a 4:3 screen. Am I assuming correctly? If so, how can I convert the quicktime file?

      Thanks.
