This is the first time I ever work with a 16:9 format, and for the life of me, I just can’t get the right edit settings and export movie settings to produce a DVD video that would show a black letter box on top & bottom when view with a 4:3 TV. The clips are shot with 16:9 DV format. I use premiere 6 for editing and Creator 6 for DVD authoring. Help me plzzzzzzzzz!

Have you tried playing back on other DVD players? The reason I ask, is on my player there is a setting to convert 16:9 to 4:3…it stretches the image vertically. It’s for people who don’t like the black space on the screen. Perhaps you have alread tried this, it’s a long shot, but good luck.
