Two New from Sony

Sony’s newest Hi-8 Handycam, the CCD-TR3000, features Sony’s advanced Super SteadyShot image
stabilization system and a 180,000-pixel Precision Color Viewfinder with a Solar Window panel. The Solar
Window panel adds brightness and improves the viewfinder’s visibility by channeling sunlight through the
back of the panel. The TR3000’s auto power save function turns the viewfinder off when the eye is not
near the viewfinder, resulting in better battery life. The unit records hi-fi stereo sound with a three-capsule
stereo zoom microphone. The TR3000 has a 32x digital zoom and a 1/4-inch, 410,000-pixel CCD. (800)
