Now that high speed video is becoming ever more accessible, and amazing picture quality can be achieved by just about anyone, high end production houses have to be more creative if they want to catch the eyes of potential clients. The Marmalade, a production company based out of Germany, has created an amazing new piece of technology called Spike. Spike is a camera motion control robot designed for use with high speed cameras.

Over the last year alone, posting on this very blog has been quite eye opening. One of my favorite experiences has been all of the various new types of technologies that have come out recently. Some of them made me scratch my head, some of them made me think, some of them solved my problems and some of them created new ones.
