post production

Hi colleagues!

I make a little demo of things I can do with raw video and wedding photo.

And I want to know: can it be interesting for wedding videographers? I can do a lot of such work (+ normal video editing of course).

Also I want to say that we create an outsourcing post-production studio and soon we will be able to produce a lot of such works and edit a lot of your videos with hi-level quality and nice price. So, if have some works to do - please PM me.

Hey, Im in the market for a 3d program. So these (cinema 4d and maya) were some programs that looked pretty good, and I wondered what the differences were. Am I right in thinking theyre both made by Autodesk? And then again, I couldnt find the eula for the cinema 4d student edition... is it limited in some way as compared to the standard? I do have after effects right now, and blender, but its been really hard to integrate 3d so I was also looking into videocopilots element 3d.

Hi everyone, new to the forum.

I am currently working in post-production company as an edit assistant in London (England), my long term plan is to move to California (LA to be specific). This is isn't about making it big and being famous its more about actually challenging myself and trying something new and what a better way to do it than in LA the hub of the entertainment industry.

I have done some research regarding visa, but it down on me that the best way to get a working visa would be to actually find a job first (i know easier said than done).

I've been editing on this for a few weeks now. It seems like it can't hold much data! I've tried clearing files and deleting old ones, and still when I transcode proxy media, it says "Not enough disk space, clear some space and try again" So I do what it says and it still doesn't let me.

Is there a way to avoid uploading massive amounts of data? Honestly, I feel like I don't have an overwhelming amount of footage on there.

I just need basic tips on managing my footage, and how to avoid this.

I've tried uploading my 4 minute video to youtube, via the Share button. It does the same thing every time, makes it to 95 percent and than just stops! I've looked into it, so I got compressor, transferred it to my desktop, and that won't work either. I set up a Vimeo account, it stops at 95 percent as well. When I upload it from my desktop, Vimeo has been canceling it at 30-40 percent every time. This is really getting to me, as I NEED this online. Any advice is highly appreciated...The sooner the better!!
