contracts

Well this past week has definitely started to turn the world upside down for me. It all started when my son befriended a kid who's father is a music producer. Long story short, I did some cheap interviews for some of his artists (as seen in another post), and now I have been offered quite a bit more. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START!

First off he is wanting some music videos done. Ok so I will do some homework on that, and take some shots at that.

Secondly he brought up an idea for a reality show, which obviously I cannot share all the details, but think "Big Brother".

I have a current advertiser and he expressed that he wants a contract to sign for his ad space on my Autorestomod program. I also plan to sell more ad space on the show...but I don't have a contract to smack on the table when we schmoose the client into doing an ad with us.

Anyone know where I can get an advertising contract template for free?

Issue: My production company produced a video for a client. The client provided talent for the video production. The main talent (one individual) has decided to not be in the final edited production. This one person (talent) did sign a talent release form giving their permission that the footage would be used in the final edited production. Update: The talent notified me via phone and email that they did not want to be in the final edited production.

I've produced two videos successfully for this non-profit but it was late because the staff at the organization did not provide access to their subjects and other resources in a timely manner. They also decided in the last minute to add on translation and subtitling which they paid for and got but that made the project drag on way past their own stated deadline (May -08 done in August '08). Now they are on year two of their grant and want two more videos. They only told me about this in early November and are conducting interviews with subjects. I am expected to finish both (18-25 min.
