A little experiment with reverse shot.
No production, just kidding
The background car in reverse is optional

I think the experiment worked! The explosion itself didn't necessarily look real, but it definately did look like your subject got thrown backwards.

Do you have a film this shot will work its way in to?

As you can see, I'm not an english native speaker, so I would like if you can explain me better your last question "Do you have a film this shot will work its way in to?"

BTW, I knew the explosion was really bad, but in a hurry, I didn't care about this, also it is not a really fine production. (This guy is me, and my other actors, my kids, were doing homework), but, as you mention, the experiment worked.

I'm just wondering if you're making a movie that will have explosions in it.

Hi Mike.
No, I don't.
I made this shot just for the challenge, and it was a great experiment as a brainstorming as how to make some fx and how Hollywood do.
It is not great at all, but definitively this challenge made me think.
Thanks for it, and obviously A needle for Speed is a simple, clean and creative way to show it.
p.s. Is any other way (or software) to help me to make a better explosion?(if needed)
Thanks and regards
