Budding filmmakers, amateur photographers, video enthusiasts and all others encouraged to submit videos showcasing visual effects from Bad Robot Interactive’s popular app: “Action Movie FX”
WHAT: Dailymotion, the world’s number two video streaming destination with more than 115M UMV, has begun a new contest that offers everyone an opportunity to showcase their movie-making skills for a chance to win prizes and even internet fame!
The contest is calling for participants to make their own “blockbuster film” by utilizing the immensely popular “Action Movie FX” app by Bad Robot Interactive. Creatively, the contest has no bounds and anyone from the US, Canada, and the European Union is eligible to participate. And the most exciting part - the prizes!!
First place wins $1000 and the video gets promoted on the Dailymotion homepage, allowing it to reach a massive global audience. Second place wins $500 and also gets key homepage placement, and third place is featured on the homepage. The top 10 videos will be determined by the amount of votes they receive from the Dailymotion community.
