New Business Card Concept?
A few weeks ago I received an American Express AcceptPay promotion in the mail. Usually promotions go straight to the trash but something was different. It was a USB webkey. The American Express webkey is extremely basic with an autorun script that launches the AccpetPay website. But it did spark an idea, you could now use webkeys for business cards with your demo reel, portfolio, vCard, resume, or even a mini-website with links to your social networking profiles, eliminating the frustating web search and mistyped web addresses. Webkeys can be found in sizes that range from 64MB up to 8GB of storage space allowing endless possibilities.
If you are looking for a new business card with the ability to include your demo reel, a webkey could be the solution you’ve been looking for.

A excellent idea, They are getting cheaper and an auto run video file plus web page that links to your page could get you noticed. Plus the receiver gets to keep the drive.
Thumb drives can also be used. As a gift and a delivery system for the client.

This looks like a cool idea…if the cost is low enough to afford it. I don’t have the financial resources like the credit card companies (wished I did).
