We've heard this form a few "stranded" viewers out there, Mikel. Living in an area where your rabbit ears can point to something works, but if you need to point into outer space, you're sort of stuck. On the plus side, not having a TV to spend time in front gives you more time to make video, right? Well, it's still not the best option, because people really use TV to stay connected to world events. Even in this day and age of instant news via the internet, people still turn to TV when major stuff happens. Hopefully, you'll find a solution someday. In the meantime, enjoy your video producing world.

I suppose if theres a 2nd reason I got into video making, it was indeed the TV digital switchover, which crushed my 4:6 ratio world.I had purchased the "converter" box as they suggested, but was leary about how no one was talking about also needing an antenna of some sort. Months later, and just about a month before they pulled the plug, the antenna talk began to surface.Still it was evidently a guessing game on the right choice. I figured I was okay, as I had an indoor powered one and some rabbit ears on the gutter outside.I should get something, right? Wrong! I got nothing, and turns out, since I'm in a low lying area with tall trees close by and all around,I am "digitless".In the dark.I still sometimes eat dinner looking at a TV that is turned off.Now I simply imagine my way thru all the neat video stuff I'm going to do, that WILL play on that stupid useless box. Not the catalyst to create video's I had expected, but positive in a sick way nontheless!
