Contest nearly finalized

Just as we were getting ready to declare the Videomaker/Sony Short Video Contest finalized, we got word from the mailroom that our local post office was decimated by a local flu outbreak. So we will be accepting what might be straggling in over the next couple of days as our local post office gets caught up with the mail. This does NOT mean that you can mail something in right now, though–it’ll have to have an October postmark.

So far we’ve accepted over 175 entries into this year’s contest. One of our DVD burners is at the ready for making discs for judging, and we’re getting anxious to see this year’s entries. Don’t forget to check out the May issue for the winners! We’ll also be showing winners, as well as other videos that were entered with the Take 20 box checked, on upcoming episodes of Videomaker Presents.
