   Here’s a case where the video is impossibly boring and I would have changed channels after 15 seconds or less. But this rating system doesn’t account for “Pacing”, “Enjoyability”, “Execution of Concept” etc.
   So I gave it all “4′s” — that doesn’t mean it’s good.
