We are looking for the next great independent filmmaker! Throughout the life of this site we have seen many great clips. Unfortunately, even though we see a lot of time and effort are put into the production, it seems to us that little or no time is put into the promotion of these many films. We hate to see our users’ hard work get buried simply because it hasn’t been promoted. So what we’ve done is created a monetary incentive, to help motivate you guys to self-promote your own creations.

We love seeing our users finding a successful viewership. That’s all this is: one extra reason to go out there and get people to watch your cool movies. If you do, and you get up to or over 100,000 different people to see it, you get 1,000 dollars. Simple as that. The only caveat is that this is limited to the first five users who hit the hundred thousand mark within a month after posting the video. Yes, it sounds difficult, but if your film is good enough and you are diligent enough, you may find yourself well beyond 100,000 long before the month is through. It’s happened before, I know it can happen again.

Remember: videos posted prior to today – 2/11/08 – won`t count (since there are already old videos on our site with over 100,000 visits).

Also: They have to be things you created, or at least have some kind of property claim to. Sorry, your awesome cool ripped scene from The Sopranos will not count.
