UndercoverXP
Quick and Fast: All it does is print CD/DVD covers using different templates. As the name suggests, this originally only worked on Windows XP, but the author recently added Vista compatability.

There’s not a whole lot else to say, except that if you like Manga drawings, you’ll like the interface of the program. You can’t even draw the covers inside the program, just import the graphic you want for the cover and then print. Very basic.
